The hotel is conveniently located close to cinemas, restaurants, and cafes, making it ideal for exploring Townsville. The rooms were nice and clean, though some needed sun shades on the higher windows. The service was helpful and responsive, although there were restrictions on certain amenities. The location was excellent, offering easy access to city attractions and markets. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms above Towers B & C were too bright due to the city lights, making it hard to relax, but they were overall clean and modern. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, with friendly staff but also encounters with some rudeness. The location was convenient, close to the city's main attractions but not without some drawbacks. The dining had its moments, although not much was said about it. Facilities were decent, providing what I needed during my stay.
The apartment was a beautiful stay, with huge, clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms, although a bit lighter due to the blinds not blocking the corridor light. The location was convenient but slightly further from the town center than expected, still close enough to access restaurants and attractions.
